This survey explores how college students across India are integrating AI tools into their academic workflows. Conducted between December 2024 and January 2025, it covered 600 students from diverse higher education institutions. The findings offer insights into the perceived benefits of AI Such as personalized learning and efficiency gains while also highlighting concerns around academic integrity, equity, and digital literacy. The study contributes to ongoing discussions on responsible AI use in education.
